Lallemand dry yeast.
The first dry Saison Style yeast. A Belgian Saison strand designed to start quickly and ferment vigorously. You notice fruity aromas and the spice/pepper notes typical with traditional Saison strands. Low flocculation can lead to a cloudier beer but fining agents may be used to alleviate this.
