Ferments in a wide temperature range (up to 38℃ or so). Lower temperatures (16℃) produce a neutral flavors: low pitch rate and high temperatures will kick off the wonderful aromas of this yeast.
To use, make a 200ml starter (1.050) a day or two ahead of brewing. STARTER PACK
