Description
Spelt Malt has a very similar profile to Wheat Malt but imparts a dry, tart, and slightly earthy aroma. May be used as up to 40% of your grist.
It is an malt ideal for brewing Belgian saison, Farmhouse Ale, and wheat beers, adding a nutty, spicy character and an earthiness to your brew.
