Enjoy the aromatic play of Simcoe and Centennial backed with a Vienna malt influenced base in this hoppy pale ale.
*This kit uses a hop stand technique, so it’s a little on the advanced side to make. A hop stand is done after the boil is finished. The wort is chilled to 80℃, then the finish hops are added and sit for 20 minutes. They are then removed and the wort cooled down to pitching temperature.*
For yeast, we recommend either: US-05, WLP001, (or Muntons for 5l or 10l)
