A blend of Irish Moss and purified Kappa carrageenan that encourages the precipitation of haze causing materials such as proteins and Beta glucans. Almost everyone who tries Whirlfloc prefer it to regular Irish Moss. Add for the final 10 minutes of the boil.
Note: 2.2g is good for 40 liters of wort. 1.1g for a 20 liter batch.
