It also has an AC outlet so you can control a heating device such as the Warming Wizard or heating belt\/wrap that can heat the fermenter. The advantage of using a glycol controller is that it can control all the heating and cooling, act as a BLE repeater if you are using the pill as the thermometer and for gravity monitoring and also gives you a heads up display of what is going on inside the fermenter.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCompressor Cooling\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnlike other cheaper thermoelectric coolers this is a true compressor glycol chiller meaning that even on very hot days you will be able to crash chill your fermenter easily while also using far less energy.
